
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has described the commencement of the Luxury Collection Building project by Artee Industries Limited as a strong indication of growing investor confidence in Lagos and its economic future.
The governor made the remarks on Friday while attending the groundbreaking ceremony of the development located on Glover Road in Ikoyi, one of Lagos’ prime commercial and residential districts.
Speaking at the event, Sanwo-Olu noted that the project reflects the trust that local and international investors continue to place in Lagos as a preferred destination for business and investment. He emphasized that the state government remains committed to creating an enabling environment that supports economic growth, attracts investments, and promotes sustainable development.
According to the governor, developments such as the Luxury Collection Building contribute significantly to the state’s economy by creating employment opportunities, stimulating business activities, and enhancing the overall value of the city’s real estate sector.
