CAMPAIGN FOR DIGNITY GOVERNANCE ENDORSES HAMZAT, DESCRIBES HIM AS THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR GREATER RESPONSIBILITY AND A LEADER OF CAPACITY, INTELLECT AND STABILITY
The Campaign for Dignity Governance has strongly endorsed Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, describing him as the right choice for greater responsibility and a leader whose record, intellect, administrative experience, and loyalty to public service make him exceptionally qualified for higher leadership roles.
In a statement issued in Lagos, the Convener of the group, Razaq Olokoba, stated that leadership decisions must be based on competence, character, experience, and capacity to deliver results, noting that Hamzat has consistently demonstrated all these qualities through years of service.
According to Olokoba, Nigeria and Lagos in particular need leaders who understand governance deeply, respect institutions, and possess the technical knowledge required to transform policy into measurable progress.
“Hamzat is not a product of noise or political drama. He is a product of discipline, competence, and years of tested service. He is the right one because he has the capacity, the temperament, and the knowledge to lead effectively,” Olokoba stated.
The group noted that over the years, Hamzat has built a reputation as a thoughtful and highly efficient public officer who approaches governance with seriousness, calmness, and strategic clarity.
It added that his contributions to policy development, infrastructure planning, education reforms, innovation, and administrative coordination have made him one of the most respected figures in public service.
According to the Campaign for Dignity Governance, leadership in modern times requires more than popularity. It requires intellectual depth, management ability, emotional intelligence, and the courage to make sound decisions under pressure.
“These are qualities Hamzat has repeatedly shown. He understands how government works, how systems are built, and how to unite people around a common purpose,” the statement added.
The group also described him as a bridge builder who can work across political, professional, and community lines while maintaining focus on development.
It stated that in a period where many citizens seek steady and capable leadership, Hamzat represents reassurance, continuity, and progress.
According to Olokoba, those entrusted with leadership must be individuals who can protect achievements already made while also introducing fresh ideas for future growth.
“Hamzat has the experience to sustain progress and the vision to expand it. That combination is rare, and it is why many people see him as the right person for greater responsibility,” he said.
The Campaign for Dignity Governance urged stakeholders and the public to support leaders who have proven themselves through action rather than rhetoric.
It concluded by reaffirming its confidence that Hamzat possesses the integrity, competence, and administrative strength required to excel in any higher office entrusted to him.
“This is a leader who has paid his dues, built his record, and shown his readiness. He is the right one, and he has the capacity to deliver,” the statement concluded.
