According to the group, true leadership is not measured by noise or self-promotion but by service, competence, integrity, and the ability to create lasting solutions to societal challenges. It stated that throughout his years in public office, Dr. Hamzat has embodied these qualities and has remained one of the most respected figures in Nigerian governance.
“Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat represents the very best of public leadership. He combines intelligence with humility, innovation with experience, and vision with action. His record of service speaks louder than any political slogan,” the statement read.

The organization highlighted his long-standing contributions to technology-driven governance, public sector reforms, infrastructure development, education, and innovation, noting that he has consistently championed initiatives that prepare Lagos for the future.

The group also commended his accessibility and engagement with young people, describing him as a leader who understands the aspirations, challenges, and potential of the next generation.
