The Yoruba Radical Assembly has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what it described as steady and purposeful leadership in navigating Nigeria through a period of significant economic and institutional reforms.
In a statement signed by its Secretary General, Omolola Olukayode, the organisation said governing a diverse nation such as Nigeria requires courage, political experience, sound judgment, and a clear vision for national development.
According to the Assembly, President Tinubu has continued to demonstrate these qualities by maintaining focus on policies aimed at strengthening the economy, improving governance, attracting investment, and repositioning the country for long-term growth.
“The task of rebuilding institutions and implementing reforms is never easy. It demands resilience, consistency, and the ability to make decisions that place national interest above political convenience. We commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for remaining committed to this responsibility.”
The organisation observed that while reforms often require time before their full benefits become evident, sustained policy implementation remains essential for achieving meaningful economic transformation.
The Assembly also stressed the importance of national unity, peaceful coexistence, and constructive engagement among government, civil society, traditional institutions, religious leaders, and citizens.
According to the group, Nigeria’s progress depends on shared responsibility and continued support for initiatives that promote peace, security, economic growth, and social inclusion.
The Yoruba Radical Assembly encouraged Nigerians to remain hopeful and continue supporting efforts aimed at strengthening democratic institutions, promoting accountability, and expanding opportunities for future generations.
The organisation reaffirmed its belief that responsible leadership, active citizenship, and policy consistency remain vital ingredients for building a more prosperous and united Nigeria.
